Cooking is more than just a passion – it’s a lifestyle. It’s my lifestyle. Having been born in Piemonte, an Italian region renowned for the handwork of Torino’s chocholatiers and Ferrero’s Nutella, one could say I was born with a chef’s hat and a ladle. As a result, my dishes and sweets are a result of rich Italian traditions and ingredients, including hazelnuts, chocolate… and gorgonzola, speck, parmigiano reggiano, mozzarella…
